The exhibition Alternativas/Alternatives shows at the Palacio de Carlos V of Alhambra in Granada the selection of works shortlisted by the 13th Spanish Architecture and Urbanism Biennial (BEAU) in the categories of architectural projects and works, research and dissemination, and master’s theses by architecture students.
The jury of the 13th BEAU has recognized the work of 89 projects: 22 architectural projects in the categories of heritage and transformation, and planning: landscape and city; 15 projects in the category of research; 32 publications, exhibitions, articles and specialized blogs in the category of dissemination; and 20 master’s theses showing the talent of young Spanish architects.
HipoTesis has been awarded twice in the I Call for Research Projects of the 13th BEAU: HipoTesis Numbered Issues in the category of Dissemination Digital Publications/Blogs, and HipoTesis “Block∣Buster” in the category of Dissemination Books/Magazines. The awarded projects can be checked here.
The exhibition of the awarded projects and research and dissemination works showing the best Spanish architecture can be visited at the Alhambra in Granada until October 12. It will be showed later in other places like New York City.
