HipoTesis is one of the editorial platforms included at EDITMAP, an online archive about editorial projects and platforms in the fields of art and architecture.
EDITMAP is a research project launched by Sobre Lab platform with the aim of archiving, mapping and sharing relevant editorial initiatives that are questioning editorial practices in the fields of art and architecture. Here the interviews with editors leave behind the initial distinctions between types of formats and media, to register the complexity of the edition within the techno-graphic culture and electronic globalization. In this context, the tools, formats and publication protocols have hybridized and combined, transforming not only the means and scenarios of generation and transmission of knowledge in art and architecture, but the ways in which they are understood.
